Divine Liturgy Services During Covid 19
Returning to Church with Guidelines
On Sunday, May 24th our Church opened up for all to attend. However, there are a number of guidelines that we must follow. First, we ask that if you are sick that you please stay home. Once you enter the Church, hand sanitizer is available at the candle desk. We will have ushers that will seat you in the Church in order to maintain social distancing. Please respect their direction. They are there to protect all of us. They will also direct you when and where to go to receive Holy Communion and also for dismissal at the end of the service. There will be offering plates located at the candle desk and at the exit for you to place your offerings.
THE MOST IMPORTANT CHANGE ... After many requests, Fr. Dragomir along with the Church Council has decided that Liturgy will begin at 9:00 AM now through the end of August.
Until further notice, our social hall will remain closed for gatherings of any sort. This includes social hour following Liturgy. Restrooms will be available in the Cultural Center.
We pray that this pandemic is behind us soon and that our Church life will be back to normal before we know it.
During this pandemic crisis, our Church is affected in many ways and one of them is financially. Every Sunday we receive income from donations, sales of candles, and offerings. Now all of this has stopped. We need the Church more than anything in our life because the Church is a vehicle of salvation and salvation is the main goal and purpose of our life. We ask all of you, dear brothers and sisters, to help us with donations. So please remember your dear St. Sava during these difficult weeks ahead. May God Bless all of you!
