We can’t wait to welcome you to St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church!

Whether you’re Orthodox, exploring, or just curious - visiting a church for the first time can feel like a big step. Here’s a quick guide to make your visit easier.

Service Time

Sunday Divine Liturgy – 10:00 AM

  • Services are in Church Slavonic, Serbian, and English

  • Lasts about 90 minutes

What to Wear

  • Women: Skirts or dresses knee length or longer with shoulders covered.

  • Men: Slacks and dress or casual collared shirts (no shorts or tanks) 

 

Location & Parking

4436 E. McKinley St., Phoenix, AZ 85008

  • Free parking in the lot

  • Enter under the arched portico

 

Are Kids Welcome?

Absolutely! Kids are part of our Church family.
They’re welcome to stay with you during the service.
Ask about Church School or youth activities!

 

Communion

  • Holy Communion is offered to baptized Orthodox Christians who have prepared through prayer, fasting, and recent confession

  • If you're not Orthodox, you're still very welcome to attend and experience the Liturgy — just please refrain from receiving Communion

  • Have questions? Feel free to speak with our priest — he’d be happy to talk with you

 

After the Service

Join us for coffee hour in the Parish Hall!
It’s a relaxed way to meet people and feel at home.
